Thanks for response. Looks like there is some "misconnectio". I use same email for purchase, this forum, and purchase. For some reason no automated same as manual response. Could you please ask your team member who taking care about to take a look?

If the email address, product and eligibility matches our order database, then it is automated. Otherwise it falls back to manual lookup.

Please submit the form at:
https://www.imageen.com/support/downloadrequest.html
Which should process within a few hours if you use your order email (or up to 24 if you use a different email).
If you don't get a response within 24 hours then most likely the system has failed somewhere and you should email us directly at sales@xequte.com
