Description

Scrolls the view (by calling SetViewXY) to display the current frame at a central position in the view.

Note:
◼This method uses VisibleFrame to determine the current frame, whereas CenterSelected uses SelectedImage.
◼To show the single mode frame as centered in the view using ietxCenterSingleFrame
