TImageEnView.CurrentLayer
Declaration
property CurrentLayer: TIELayer;
Description
Provides access to the currently active layer.
This is equivalent to:
ImageEnView.Layers[ ImageEnView.LayersCurrent ]
The layer is returned as a
TIELayer (the parent of all layer types), whereas the layer will be of a descendent, e.g.
TIEImageLayer for image layers,
TIETextLayer for text, etc.
You should typecast the layer to access its specific functionality, e.g.
If ImageEnView1.CurrentLayer is TIEImageLayer then
TIEImageLayer( ImageEnView1.CurrentLayer ).Bitmap.LoadFromFile( 'D:\MyImage.jpg' );
Note:
◼Use
LayersCurrent to get or set the current layer index. Use
CurrentLayer to return the layer object.
◼CurrentLayer is always valid. There is always a layer selected, e.g. the background layer
