Description

LoadFromFileIEV loads the objects from the specified file. The IEV format is used to save vectorial objects as lines, ellipses and bitmaps (but not background image).
Existing objects will be removed unless AppendObjects is True.

Result will be false if the file is not IEV format (and Aborting will be true). Loading errors due to a file not being available will raise an exception.
