Description
Returns the raw distance between two hashes, as calculated by the
algorithm:
| Algorithm | Result |
| ievHashAverage, ievHashPHash, ievHashBlockMean, ievHashMarrHildreth | Number of different bits (0 = identical) |
| ievHashRadialVariance | Peak correlation (1 = identical, higher is more similar) |
| ievHashColorMoment | L2 distance (0 = identical) |
Because the ranges differ,
similarity is generally easier to use.
Both hashes must have been created by the same algorithm, otherwise an exception is raised.
