Description

Calculates the perceptual hash of an image. The size of the hash depends on the algorithm.
The image can be gray, color (with or without alpha), 1-bit or 16-bit. The alpha channel is ignored.
Use IEVisionHashToStr to convert the hash to a string (e.g. to store it in a database).
