property DICOM_WindowCenter: Double;

Description

Returns the value of the Window Center tag (0028,1050).
If the file does not have a valid Window Center then ImageEn will calculate it using DICOMWindowingStrategy.

Note: Setting this property has no effect (it is filled on load). Set BlackValue and WhiteValue to adjust the range.
