TIETextLayer now supports Rich Text formatting, with optional pop-up toolbar 2. New Rich Editing control with an optional hover toolbar 3. New dialog component to select Windows folder 4. Area, perimeter and centroid can be calculated for TImageEnView selections and TIEPolyline layers 5.
