Hi Yogi

The select and brush interactions are mutually exclusive, because when you click and drag on the image, ImageEn would not know whether to paint or select.

As for limiting painting to an existing selection, you can request it on our uservoice page:

Thanks for the update.

But are there any chance of updating the Brush Tool so that it works properly like if there is any selection the stroke should not apply outside selection, etc.?

I think this is long over due.
