I would like to read documents from a scanner using Twain, and while scanning, immediately recognize the barcode, do not run it in ImageEnMView first, but first recognize the barcode and then goes into ImageEnMView, is that possible?

Could please help with short example immediately recognize the Barcode while scanning

Thanks for helping

Hi

In the OnAcquireBitmap event you get the scan as a TIEBitmap, and by setting Handled specify whether it is added to the TImageEnMView.

So you can just pass that bitmap to the barcode scanner, get the result and decide whether to allow addition or not.
