We have a client that has reading reliability issues with QR Codes but when using his phone has no problems. What Tweaks do we need to perform to increase the reliability of this process?

Hi Ron

Unfortunately the bar code recognition does not work well with low quality images. There's not much you can do to this image that would improve the recognition, you need a better quality import image.
