Is iecore.dll for the particular version of code you are writing (32/64 bit) the only file required to distribute with your app?
Also, should it's location be in the directory with your EXE file, or in the assemblies location with .NET?
In the Help file under installation, I see that, but that is for the developer not for the end-user.

iecore.dll, IEvolution2.dll and either ielib32.dll or ielib64.dll depending on the bitness of your application. They should be installed into the same folder as your EXE.
