Description

Returns the value of the id attribute of a tag (with any HTML entities decoded), or '' if it does not have one.
When layers are saved to SVG, Name is output as the id attribute, and Hint as a title element.

Example

s := IEGetSVGTagID( IESVGTag( iestRect, '<rect id="Shape 1" x="10" y="10" width="100" height="50" />' ));
// Would return 'Shape 1'
