Description
Allows selection of a video input. You can get an index from
VideoInputs property.
| Parameter | Description |
| Index | Index of video input |
| InstanceIndex | specifies the video input on the same device |
| width | Width of video frame |
| height | Height of video frame |
| format | Video format, e.g. 'YUY2' or 'MJPG' (as returned by VideoFormats.Format). Any four character code is accepted. If not specified, the first format listed by the device for this size is used. An exception is raised for an unknown format |
| bitRate | Bit rate in bits per second (0 = use the highest available for the format) |
