Description

Returns the Media Foundation error that stopped the capture (e.g. a decoding or network error), or S_OK if no error occurred.
When an error occurs, capturing stops (Capturing becomes False) and OnMediaFoundationNotify is called with iemfnError.
Reset to S_OK by StartCapture and ResumeCapture.
