Specifies the position of the folder selection dialog.

Value	Description
iecDefaultPosition	Windows default position (usually the top-left of the calling form)
iecOwnerFormCenter	Dialog is centered over the calling form
iecScreenCenter	Dialog is centered on the screen

Default: iecScreenCenter

Note: This is independent of SystemDialogCentering
