Look for Aruco markers within the specified image. 24 bit RGB, 8 bit gray scale and 1 bit images are supported.Returns a list of detected markers as TIEVisionArucoMarker objects.

| image | Image where to search for markers |
| rect | Rectangle of the image where to search. Setting (0, 0, 0, 0) means the whole image |
