Uwe	Posted - Jun 24 2013 : 19:21:09 Hi guys As far as I know, Adobe holds patents for both file formats. Do you have any idea if I can safely use ImageEN in a commercial application to save images as PSD or (LZW compressed?) TIF without patent infringement? Thanks Uwe

Until 2004, use of this option was limited because the LZW technique was under several patents. However, these patents have expired.
