Hello,

I have a problem ; everytime I'm using imageEN to scan documents it all works fine the whole time I'm scanning inside my application. BUT when I exit the application the Scanner is Hanged and I need to restart it.

I use imageEn.MIO.Acquire and then just save it to TIFF.

Should I use some special method to disconnect from the scanner ?

Ok, I have found the problem ... it's hard to believe it but it was actualy the company routers fault - I guess some packets just got lost. After we replace the router everything works like a charm.

Thank you anyway.

No, you don't need a special method to disconnect.
Please let me know more details, like ImageEn version, Delphi version, operating system (32/64 bits), scanner model, etc...
