When we scan things with the dialog visible, it only takes a few seconds for it to load after the scanning is done. When we have the dialog turned off however, the time for it to load is 10-15 seconds.
Is there anything we can do to help with this?

Delay is after scanning, during transfer to the program.

Anyway 10-15 seconds are too much. I can replicate only when the scanner is warming up.

In my test all parameters are same.

The actual Twain parameters could be different when VisibleDialog is true or false (ie DPI, color depth, etc...) using some devices.
In my tests both settings (true and false on VisibleDialog) have the same result in terms of image and timings.

Please test and you'll see result.

Hi

I suspect it is some oddness with your scanner driver/interface, but you could try stepping through the ImageEn source to see if there is anything wrong there.
