I have 2 layers. The front layer is the semitransparnet image. The back layer is normal image. When i try to select the back image it select the front semitransparnt layer? i want to pass the front semitransparent layer and select the second layer?

If you are using transparent layers you have to tell ImageEn to allow selection of transparent layers:
ImageEnView.SelectionOptions := ImageEnView.SelectionOptions +
      [iesoSelectTranspLayers];

If you do not set this property then transparent areas of a layer are NOT selectable.
