Hi,

With ImageEn Version 4.1.2, I set SelectionOptions to [iesoAnimated,iesoSizeable,iesoMoveable] and set MouseInteract to [miSelect}.
When I Resize the selection near the border it automatically scrolls. iesoCanScroll is not set in SelectionOptions.

Is this a bug or what is the function of iesoCanScroll?

Hi

iesoCanScroll is designed to prevent that, so it may be an issue in that version.
