When I try to rotate an image clockwise, it goes counter clockwise.
I use:
ImageEnVect.RotateAllObjects(90, ierImage);
ImageEnVect.Proc.Rotate(90, ierBicubic, -1);

Hi

That is by design (not a decision I would have made, but it predates me):

http://www.imageen.com/help/TImageEnProc.Rotate.html

Use AngleToImageEnRotateAngle to adjust the angle:

http://www.imageen.com/help/AngleToImageEnRotateAngle.html

i.e.

ImageEnVect.Proc.Rotate( AngleToImageEnRotateAngle( 90 ), ierBicubic, -1 );
