I have a client that would like to use our product on Crtix but the twain device does not show up on the list via a client connection.

They are using a Citrix's redirectional process to support remote scanning.

Does any one have experience with ImageEn on Citrix?

I would recomend the use of the Remote Scan or similar product. Just think how big a raw scanned bitmap must be. Without optimisations, even if you would make it work the, you would probably have communication problems.
