We have a curious situation when we scan a page with only text on it - the resulting image will be what looks like 3 copies of the initial image compressed and side by side. However on the same scanner when scanning a page with only pictures on it, the resulting image looks fine. Seems that maybe the detection of text it causing it to behave differently. Wondering if we need some setting to turned on or off? Any insight would be appreciated.
Thank You Carlo

I cannot think of any Twain property within ImageEn that would affect that. I expect your scanner is doing some kind of automatic detection and the resultant image causes problems for ImageEn. You might want to try stepping through the ImageEn code to see what is received and where it turns to custard.
