Hello,

I have a user that claims that he is unable to achieve the maximum resolution when using a 16 MP camera using the provided TWAIN drivers. Is there anything special in ImageEn that I need to do to capture at maximum resolution? Right now, I was told that it is only capturing at 3.6 MP resolution.

Hi Andy

Nothing in particular should be required. You should check the supported values for IO.TwainParams.XResolution and YResolution and ensure they are set to the highest:
