I need to extract the first two pages of PDF files and convert to JPEG. It appears from other posts that the WPViewPDF plugin is needed. Can you confirm what needs to be done to accomplish this and where I obtain the necessary components?

Thanks, Sidney

Or you can use the convert command of ImageMagik by shelling from your software. If you install ImageMagik bundle then convert does a nice job of converting a PDF to image.

Also check out Free PDF Tools (https://www.pdfill.com/pdftool_pdf_to_images.html)

It might help.

Hi Sidney

There are two ways to load PDF files with ImageEn:
- Install ImageMagick and Ghostscript (on every system that uses your app)
- Use the WPViewPDF plug-in:

WPViewPDF is very inexpensive, works well and can be distributed with your application, so I definitely recommend that option.

It includes demos.
