Hello,

is the optional support for the LibRaw libray (to decode Raw file formats) enabled by default or do I have to do somthing to enable it?

Sorry, yes, you need to enable it:

// Enable use of LibRaw
IEGlobalSettings().UseLibRaw := True;

It will eventually become the default.
