Hello,
I used the brushdemo and found out the following.
The feathering is different if I use discrete or continous.
It should bring with these attitudes however the same result I think.
See image, down ist discrete.

Hi Klaus

Discrete outputs the brush as you move, so with every movement, feathering the current point overwrites feathering from the previous point. Therefore the feathering effect is always reduced.
