I want to buy the new 16" MacBookPro2019 to do Delphi development inside a Parallels 15 Virtual Machine with Windows 10 Pro x64. Does anyone happen to know whether a Windows App with ImageEn from inside the Parallels VM can access the MacBookPro camera in real-time to capture video?

Hi

Video capture with ImageEn uses DirectShow (or MMF). So the question is really whether DirectShow access to video devices is supported under a Parallels VM. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Macs, perhaps someone else on the forum has tried this, otherwise try posting the query to a more general site like StackOverflow.
