when you rotate layer, the symbol of angle is displayed as follow.



And, when you edit layers(like merge or add), sometimes it will show error like as follow

Yes, I suspect that the issue is using the beta source code, rather than the compiled release version.

It happened in the Demo"Layers_AllTypes\Layers" in Delphi 10.3. When I roll back ImageEn to 9.0, it disappeared.

Regarding the text errors. It looks like it not encoding the deg. symbol. Is this in BCB 10.3? Do you get the error even if you switch the MsgLanguage to msEnglish?

Can you look at the iexLayers.pas source code for the IELayer.GetDescription() method. Has the deg symbol been corrupted there?

What are the steps to reproduce the div by zero error?
