Hello,
IELibAvailable() only checks whether ielib32.dll is available ?
With 64bit applications with ielib64.dll and without ielib32.dll,
I get an error message.
Why ?

No, IELibAvailable definitely checks for the 64bit version in a 64bit app.

Ensure that ielib64.dll is in the same folder as your 64bit EXE and check that its version is correctly (currently 5.6.2).
