Good afternoon! When you scan an image, especially in "black and white", the image on ImageEnView gets a very bad quality, but when I view the program from Windows, with "Windows Photo Viewer", the image quality is good, and not problem is "Zoom". When you send a print out perfect too, but it is up to display unreadable! Please, what can be wrong?

Hi

Have you set the Zoom filter:

http://www.imageen.com/help/TImageEnView.ZoomFilter.html

Best speed/quality: rfFastLinear
Best quality (slower): rfLanczos3

For monochrome also test: rfProjectBW, rfProjectWB
