 I have tried to import the same images ImageEn Dicom demo and got the same issue.

 Tried to view the image with the MicroDicom application and got this images displayed properly:
 
 
  
 Can some one suggest how to solve it?

 Is there any chance that I can get the fixed component/unit and replace it myself in our application instead of updating whole ImageEn library.
 
 We have a lot of dependencies on other components, in our application, and updating ImageEn component fully, will cause lots of errors.
