How do I assign a specific parent (eg. TPanel) to the PDF Toolbar popup.

It is placed over the PDF and bottom scroll bar

Above is the use of the automatic hover toolbar, which just floats above the window. If you want a fixed toolbar, use a TImageEnViewToolbar:
