Hello,
I'd like to connect TIEFolderTree to net folder with the path like
\\server-name\folder or \\IP\folder or the mapped drive like z:\folder
but can not do it sucessfully.
The TIEFolderTree.Folder property always remains empty when I try to set it's value.
Is there some way do do it?

Hi Stanis#322;aw

TIEFolderTree will only navigate to folders that are accessible in the current view, so:

IEFolderTree1.Folder := 'Z:\';

Will only work if Z:\ is showing in the control (ievtKnownNetworkDrives must be included in IEFolderTree1.ViewTypes).

Likewise:

IEFolderMView.Folder := '\\FILESERVER\ZDrive_on_FileServer';

Will only work if the Network Folder PIDL is active:

IEFolderTree1.RootPidl := iepdNetwork;
