ImageEn cannot respond to the still command (button) of webcams.

I want to explain my question again,

I have gotten the image by imageEN with a digital camera connected to your computer via USB. And I also can GetSample and save it USING#12288;PC.

However, There is a still pin (or named as button, it is a hardware) on the USB Camera, when a user push the pin, a software named as AMCAP or SnapShotView will start and Get a image, my software compiled with imageEN cannot get the image.

In help of MSDN, it is explained as PIN_CATEGORY_STILL, but in imageEN, there is only PIN_CATEGORY_CAPTURE and PIN_CATEGORY_PREVIEW,

Therefore the problem is how to get the image when the user push the the button on the USB camera?

Thanks for your answer.

Hi

Sorry, to clarify, is this a digital camera that you've connected to your computer via USB? Now you want to retrieve one of the images off its drive?

Have you tried the "Acquire from any source" demo at:
