 Why is only green shown in screen??

Hi!

I am developing a program that displays video from a capture card installed in a PC connecting to a camera device and captures images from the video in the screen.

I have two PCs with same environment about the program and devices.
But the problem is that while the one displays video from the capture board and captures images from the video in the screen very well, the other displays only green screen in the IEViewer.

How can I make it the same with the well expected operating one?

It is solved..

We reinstalled the driver for the capture board in that PC.
It has been same with the other operating correctly.
