Using Delphi XE
with ImageEn free that came with that version

One question:
Does the ImageEn software know what it's printing to?
Or does it just spit out the same stream when printing
no matter what the print target is?

Your response will help us to troubleshoot a problem where a customer is having problems printing from our software (using ImageEn) to Adobe PDF.

Thanks

Thank you. That information is very helpful.

ImageEn prints just a raster bitmap. It doesn't send the original file (TIFF, jpeg...).

another detail: source is scanned in Tiff file (size unknown)
I've already verified that our software will print Tiff files (from ImageEn to Adobe PDF). So now the question is where does the issue lie?
