I have new project to develop License Plate Recognition Software for Thai language.
I interest in FaceDetect and OCR Part of IEVision.
But if not have Thai language and not have License Plate Detect.
If I buy IEVision. I will have source code of it to apply my project and Thai language or not.
Or if who have other choice to suggest me. Please tell me.

Yes, the source code is available for IEVision, but unfortunately it is not really practical that you would be able to modify it to meet your requirements.
