When I run the Demo(TextLayers), I can get the richtexttoolbar as following:
However, when I used the like same code in the c++Builder(64bit), I got the richtexttoolbar as following:
How to set the ImagenEnView to get the toolbar like Demo.
Otherwise, in the c++Builder(64bit), you can set the font color by richtexttoolbar, but it does not work.

VCL Themes are enabled/disabled under Project > Options, "Appearance" tab.

Hi
Are you using VCL theming? ImageEn hides the paintboxes (font controls) in a themed application because they don't work themed.
