Windows 10.
Fujitsu FC-5650C
ImageEn: 11.0.1

What works....

If I open the scanner from the control panel/devices, and select the scanner. Choose duplex feeder scanning, the scanner will scan through a pile of pages without any problems. This tells me there isn't an issue with the Scanner or WIA drivers.

So, we know windows is setup ok, and the scanner is operating as it should.

What doesnt work...

I then run the ImageEN demo app called AllAcquire.dpr. I choose my scanner in WIA mode. Feeder Enabled: Checked, Auto Feed: Checked, Duplex Enabled: Checked. Show Acquisition Dialog: Not checked. I click Acquire. The first page goes through the scanner, both front and back images show up. It pulls the second page in, then the software locks up.

Note: If I do not use Duplex scanning, it does scan all pages and does not lock up.

Any help?

Hi

Unfortunately there is not logging generated for WIA. You could try stepping through the ImageEn code to see where the issue occurs.
