Hello!
I am developing a application that part of the process is capture the image from the user's scanner.
I am testing this feature using my two scanners, a single scanner Canon and a HP that is print+scan+copy.
I don't know why but I can not capture the same image quality from both scanner using the same parameters. Is it normal?

The main point is the quality of the image I need is primordial, I mean, if the imagem is different from one scanner to other, my algorithm will not work.

I would like to know if somebody else have dealt with this problem and how did you walked around this problem?

I need is: 600DPI + Grayscale.

Thanks
Jose Carlos

Hello,
do you get different DPI values from those set?
