I want to move layer1 to layer 2 transparent area. . . I mean i have 2 layers the fist layer is not transpernt the second layer 2 is transparent png and i want to set the postion of first layer only in the second layer transparent area. . . . . . Help pls

This is not easy to do or maybe even impossible to do because you have to know the dimensions of the rectangle and the position of that rectangle that is transparent and copy layer 1 to that location. There is no way to calculate the position to copy to.

The best you might be able to achieve is to position layer 1 at the location you want visually with the mouse, then merge the layers.
