Here in my work my boss asked me for a drawing effect cartoon style
I found an example done in Graphics32 the link below.

is it possible to play through ImageEN.

Hello,
a reply in delphigroups forum is about color reduction.
You can do it in ImageEn executing:

ImageEnView1.Proc.ConvertTo(16, ieThreshold);
