I want to scan in separate thread, to make app to respond with UI during scan.
But a bit confused how to assign OnProgress event at runtime.

Anyone can help ?

Look at the source code of the processing in a thread demo. There is too much code to show it in a post. It will give you an idea on how to proceed for your scanner application.
