It seems that ImageEn cannot display WEBP pictures.

Read here about the WEBP image format:

Suggestion: Can you please add support for WEBP pictures?

WebP is now supported by the ImageMagick plug-in, and WIC:

Also on Delphi 12 and newer, WebP loading is automatically supported if you add Vcl.Skia to the uses clause of any unit in your project.
