Hello,

It seems using Resample with 0 filter seems to resize the image as expected but it also seems to sharpen the image a bit.

I test this with pre compiled executable of PhotoEn3 that ships with ImageEn5 and observed this behavior.

I had to check this because one of our customers reported this problem.
