I seldom use the ImageEnFileDialogs, but having said that, a EurekaLog exception call stack is shown below for Nigel.

I tried using a IELib64.dll from 5/2015 and it fixed the exception when clicking on the Advanced button, so it looks like the newest DLL is causing a number of problems with image color and the Advanced button exception. If you have an older DLL, trying using that.
