Just like the title,I want to capture the screen with video/audio,how can I save the result as mp4 or 3gp? If I can not do that directly,how to do that? Please give me a simple method:)

There are several examples that show how to use video and audio with direct show in the demos folder. Have you tried any of them?

I have learned the examples in the folder,and used the demo code in my project,the issue that I asked is can I save the capture-result as mp4 file directly?How can I do that easily?I have saved the result as avi format and it can't be used on android device.
